From the signup form: your first name, last name (optional), WhatsApp number, email (optional), state, area, ZIP code (optional), the number of children you have, their age groups, your situation, the things you would like help with, the one question you would most love advice on, how you would like to take part, your Sunday chat preference, how you heard about us, and your consent choices.
We never ask for your children's names, schools, addresses or photos.
To add you to your city group on WhatsApp, to answer your question, to plan the Sunday Mum Chat and meetups, and to contact you about the community.
If you tick the matching box, a Mum Lead may also introduce you to one mum near you. That introduction shares only your first name and general area, and only with that one mum. It is your choice, and you can change your mind at any time.
Only our Mum Leads (the moderators). Other members do not see your answers.
We never sell your details or share them with advertisers, and we do not publish them anywhere.
Once you are in the group, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to the messages you send there. We cannot control what other members do with what you post, which is why our rules ban screenshots and sharing outside the group.
Our Mum Leads use your number to add you to the group and to contact you. They do not pass it on.
While you are part of the community. If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove them, and you can leave the group at any time.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, withdraw your matching consent, or ask us to delete everything. Email a Mum Lead and we will sort it out.
